Home BVDZ - Scénographie collaborative avec AMG94
Dans le cadre de l’exposition Home BVDZ par Chaparral SbS, AMG a activement collaboré à la décoration des portes de l’appartement transformé en galerie éphémère.
L’appartement est celui dans lequel les deux artistes ont périodiquement cohabité au cours des trois dernières années.
Cet appartement a été un lieu de travail propice à l’écriture, au dessin et à la musique.
Il s’agit donc d’un lieu d’inspiration fécond pour les deux artistes et un lieu incontournable de leur histoire commune.
AMG94 – Ambre Moreau Gallot (2001) – Chanteuse Auteur / Interprète, Rap freestyle – IDF, France
Ambre Moreau est une artiste (auteur-interprète) de l’univers de la musique rap freestyle hardcore.
En trois ans, sa rencontre avec THB a évolué vers une collaboration artistique étroite dans les domaines du rap, du skate et du graffiti. Sur la période de 2019 jusqu’à aujourd’hui, l’influence de l’un sur le travail artistique de l’autre a permis à chacun de développer une forte créativité.
Le rap et le graffiti sont des univers liés dans le sens sou le graffiti est souvent l’outil de communication par excellence pour relayer et promouvoir la musique venant de la rue.
A l’heure actuelle le rap d’AMG est encore confidentiel et se partage surtout en live dans la rue. Toutefois la chanteuse à déjà enregistré près d’une quinzaine de titres en studio et sa progression est très encourageante.
Les crabes rigolos mis en exergue dans le « Triptyque sur le Consentement » sont directement inspirés des dessins de crabes d’AMG que THB avait reproduits sur les pylônes du périphérique dans le but d’attirer la chanteuse sur ce lieu propice à l’entraînement au rap freestyle.
La liberté de circulation des capitaux - « Chèque en bois »
Avant cette dernière collaboration, AMG avait participé à la fabrication de la planche « Chèque en bois : la liberté de circulation des capitaux », planche réalisée en 2019, en Dordogne avec l’aide également de L'homme de Labrousse.
« Chèque en bois » est la seule planche réalisée intégralement par Chaparral SbS (en équipe) depuis son pressage jusqu’ à son illustration. Les prototypes échecs de cette série sont exposés aux côtés de la pièce aboutie.
« Triptyque sur le Consentement »
AMG dessine des crabes depuis longtemps, pour sa mère, qui lui a dit un jour qu’elle aimait bien ses dessins de crabes.
Pour THB, les crabes nous représentent dans nos communautés et nos activités, nos interactions sociales étant parfois comparables à celles de crabes dans un panier.
L’histoire des crabes sous le périphérique est l’histoire d’une lutte pour l’affirmation de soi.
Le consentement au sens juridique est ainsi décrit comme guidé par un principe de liberté (inscription en Dari sur la planche horizontale), subordonné à des conditions de validité (sur la planche de droite : l'absence ou la maîtrise des vices susceptibles de l'entourer; au centre : le droit à une information fiable; et sur la gauche : la capacité individuelle à l'exprimer).

Simon C. ("L'homme de Labrousse"), 1984, Designer numérique – Dordogne, France
Designer numérique, L'homme de Labrousse est un soutien de la première heure pour Chaparral SbS. Du rêve à la faisabilité d’une ouvre ou d’un projet, il a été présent depuis le départ pour valider ou apporter des solutions matérielles et techniques, partager son expérience et ses conseils, mais également sur le terrain créatif.
L’exposition « Skate-art & Droit naturel - Home BVDZ » reprend une partie de la première série de planches recyclées par Chaparral dont l’une a été réalisée intégralement par SPC sans autre contrainte que la taille de la planche. Le shape a ainsi été transformé par le designer et c’est ainsi que « La Goutte » est née.
La coopération de Simon sur la série Olympic Street Sports est particulièrement visible sur la tête du club de golf et sur la batte de baseball. Mais Simon a aussi sur cette série été l’apporteur d’un matériau nouveau, le cuir. Il s’agit d’un cuir de tanange végétal, issu de chutes de pièces ayant servi à la confection de selles de cheval.
Hendrik G. (H3AV), 1988, Skater et vidéaste, Arnhem, Hollande
Hendrik fait partie intégrante de l’esprit Chaparral SbS depuis les débuts. Un esprit déterminé à l’amour et à la poursuite de ses rêves. Il a collaboré en tant que réalisateur de film pour la promotion du service de coursier expérimenté par Chaparral SbS.
Il a recruté des acteurs sur place pour le tournage à Paris, mais en amont il a mobilisé ses homies pour préparer le storyboard du film et les accessoires pour le tournage.
H3AV représente la Dutch connexion dans l’histoire de Chaparral SbS, un réseau rendu visible au sein de l’expo par la planche de POP Trading CO, marque hollandaise et planche offerte par les skaters de Arnhem.

Home BVDZ - Collaborative scenography with AMG94
For the exhibition Home BVDZ by Chaparral SbS, AMG actively collaborated in the decoration of the doors of the apartment transformed into an ephemeral gallery.
The apartment is the one in which the two artists have periodically cohabited for the past three years.
This apartment has been a place of work for writing, drawing and music.
It is therefore a fertile place of inspiration for both artists and an essential place in their common history.
AMG - Ambre Moreau Gallot (2001) - Singer / Performer, Freestyle Rap - IDF, France
Ambre Moreau is an artist (singer-songwriter) of the hardcore freestyle rap music universe.
In three years, her encounter with THB has evolved into a close artistic collaboration in the fields of rap, skate and graffiti. Over the period of 2019 until today, the influence of one on the artistic work of the other has allowed each to develop a strong creativity.
Rap and graffiti are linked universes in the sense that graffiti is often the communication tool par excellence to relay and promote music coming from the street.
At the moment, AMG's rap is still confidential and is mostly shared live in the street. However the singer has already recorded nearly fifteen tracks in the studio and her progress is very encouraging.
The funny crabs highlighted in the "Triptych on Consent" are directly inspired by the drawings of crabs of AMG that THB had reproduced on the pylons of the ring road in order to attract the singer to this place conducive to training freestyle rap.
The freedom of movement of capital - "Wooden Cheque"
Prior to this latest collaboration, AMG had participated in the making of the board "Cheque in wood: the freedom of movement of capital", board made in 2019, in Dordogne with the help also of SPC.
"Cheque in wood" is the only board entirely realized by Chaparral SbS (in team) from its pressing to its illustration. The chess prototypes of this series are displayed alongside the finished piece.
"Triptych on Consent"
AMG has been drawing crabs for a long time, for her mother, who once told her that she liked her crab drawings.
For THB, crabs represent us in our communities and activities, our social interactions sometimes being comparable to crabs in a basket.
The story of the crabs under the beltway is the story of a struggle for self-assertion.
Consent in the legal sense is thus described as guided by a principle of freedom (written in Dari on the horizontal board), subordinated to conditions of validity (on the right board: the absence or control of vices that may surround it; in the center: the right to reliable information; and on the left: the individual capacity to express it).

Chaparral Collective SbS - Initial collaborations
Simon C. (aka L'homme de Labrousse),1984, Digital Designer, Dordogne, France
Digital designer, L'homme de Labrousse is an early supporter of Chaparral SbS. From the dream to the feasibility of a work or a project, he has been present since the beginning to validate or bring material and technical solutions, to share his experience and his advice, but also on the creative field.
The exhibition "Skate-art & Natural Law - Home BVDZ" includes a part of the first series of boards recycled by Chaparral, one of which was entirely made by SPC without any other constraint than the size of the board. The shape was then transformed by the designer and that's how "La Goutte" was born.
Simon's cooperation on the Olympic Street Sports series is particularly visible on the golf club head and the baseball bat. But Simon also contributed a new material to this series, leather. It is a vegetable tanning leather, made from scraps of parts used in the making of horse saddles.
Hendrik G. (aka H3AV),1988, Skater and video artist, Arnhem, Holland
Hendrik has been part of the Chaparral SbS spirit since the beginning. A spirit determined to love and pursue his dreams. He collaborated as a film director to promote the courier service experienced by Chaparral SbS.
He recruited actors on location for the shoot in Paris, but beforehand he mobilized his homies to prepare the film storyboard and props for the shoot.
H3AV represents the Dutch connection in the Chaparral SbS story, a network made visible in the exhibition by the Dutch brand POP Trading CO board, a board donated by the skaters of Arnhem.
